Has anyone seen this message before?

4 similar switches in mstp ring, 2 had the problem. sw: K.14.65

message is preceded by :
W 11/03/10 04:08:51 00374 chassis: Slot 1-24: Lost Communications detected - Source Message System(4B)

and followed by:
I 11/03/10 04:08:58 00375 chassis: Ports 1-24 Downloading
I 11/03/10 04:09:03 00376 chassis: Ports 1-24 Download Complete

from the case opened with ProCurve support:
1. they have seen this
2. it may be sFlow related
3. they gave me a K_14_72.swi to try
