We've lost the password for our San Switch 16's

Is there a way to reset just the admin password ?

I think that there should be a reset switch or button on the back of the switch but when you push this switch you will lose all the info thats in your switch. It will also make everything go back to the defaults just like when you purchased it. The only thing that would stay the same would be the firmware version

There are no master passwords anymore. You would have to reset your switch. Some models even have a pin hole in the back that you can use a paperclip to rest them but like mentioned, all goes back to factory settings.
If your model does not have the pinhole then there should be a reset switch.
