N5495 ESS2839 modem initialization string

N5495 ESS2839 modem initialization string

I get 52k on the same line with a USR 56k modem, but the N5495 only gets 46k. I had an MS command to increase the speed but that was one piece of info that was a casualty of loading SP2. Appcreciate the help
