Procurve 2510G-48 VLAN Unable to ping DNS

My environment is of these settings:

Gateway 10.0.1.1

DNS 10.0.1.254

DNS 10.0.1.253

I have set up a VLAN2 10.0.2.1

On my computer, I can see that this is on the 10.0.2.X subnet but it cant ping to internet when I use those DNS above. I have replace them with some Public DNS and that does not work as well

What should I configure on the VLAN2 in order for users and the VLAN2 to be isolated from the other while able to surf internet?
