procurve manager could not connect to My Procurve Portal - unable to login to portal

This message appears all the time. It does not affect the operation but, it is confusing because I cannot get rid of it. Are there any ideas?

PCM+ 3.10 with latest updates
1800+ devices, 600 VLANs
