Procurve Manager Error copyying Config

From one of our 5412zl I'm not able to get the Config woth ssh or tftp.
Switchlog tells " scp: /cfg/running-config: Bad file number".

If I try to get the Config with scp form a Linux Workstation it works.

All other switches, including some more 54xxzl holding same firmware, work fine.

What can it be????
