Running OSPF on two 5304xl with XRRP

I have two 5304xl with 5 VLANS running XRRP for redundancy.
I manage the Routing table by manual adding routes.
Now i want to change to OSPF.
Is it possible to use use OSPF while XRRP is used? What happens if XRRP moves the IP to the other router, sends this router OSPF messages to the other routers to update their database?
No SAN? Maybe
No Virtualization: No go
