VLAN ID/Mac Addresses from SNMP on hp 2626(50)/4000

Hi,

Is it possible to get VLAN ID's and active mac addresses from each port of an HP 2625/2650 (or HP 4000/8000) via SNMP? Any hints on how to do this would be appreciated.
