VRRP question
Im planning to build redundancy using 5400zl switches and VRRP.
We have one vlan (vlan 1) with two ip addresses. 10.10.32.254/24 & 10.10.40.254/24.
Can i still use VRRP to protect both these gw's?

Re: VRRP question
vvrp configuration goal one default gateway device down and system running other default gateway device
so you have one 5400 and down device two ip interface down you use two device device default for gateway and you make vrrp config
procurve sample config two 5400 device for core server and edge switch with mstp config provide redundancy and with vrrp config provide reserve gateway address
good luck

Re: VRRP question
What im trying to say is that we have two ip-nets routed in the same broadcast domain (vlan1)
Normally you would only have one ip-net per vlan, right?
Will this be a problem when setting up VRRP?
CORE1/VLAN1-10.10.32.254/24 & 10.10.40.254/24
CORE2/VLAN1-10.10.32.253/23 & 10.10.40.253/24
