Re: Command replaces spanning tree porfast on HP Switches 2530
According to what is reported by Aruba ArubaOS-Switch, Comware (v5/v7) and Cisco IOS Reference Guide version 3.3 (at page 413) the equivalent of Cisco spanning tree portfast command applied to a specific port is, on ArubaOS-Switch, the following:
ArubaOS-Switch(config)# spanning-tree portnumber admin-edge-port
where portnumber is the relevant Port number on the Aruba Switch.
On Comware (v5/v7) based Switches the equivalent is (once into the relevant Interface context) stp edged-port enabled.
