HPE Router throughput

Hello HPE,

im totally new in installing HP Routers and I have requirements to connect my Router to MPLS provider with 450Mbps. Im checking some data sheet and what im currently seeing is Mpps. Can someone help me  which HP Router should i use to cater 450 - 700 Mbps of throughput. ? My second question is  do i need to activate throughput license like in Cisco or once HP router out of the box, it can directly plug to fiber and we can burst maximum throughput.
