HP A-MSR20-21 I can not get the internet.

Hi all,
HP a-msr20-21 models have a router.
I'm going all the required WAN and LAN settings to the device.
I open the necessary ports from the outside.
80, rdp, ports such as ftp connections. We are unable to connect with the outside world. What should I do if settings such as could you help.

We had the same problem too on our HP A-MSR20-12 .  Be sure you have added a NAT table entry for the active WAN Interface (port connected to the Modem, T1, etc).

 

For example, if your WAN port is Ethernet 0/0,  there suould be an entry in the Dynamic NAT table for the interface Ethernet 0/0, with the translation mode set to Interface Address
