PROBLEM WITH A 3COM ROUTER 5642

Hi, the problem that I have with my 3com router 5642 is that I can't access by Telnet when I want, the only way that I can do it is when I reboot the router in that moment I can access by telnet but just for a few hours. I'd like that someone give me a suggestion, thanks.
