JL386A and a screen appears with the following message: "Error: Transfer Failed or backup configuration file does not exist. Please verify network settings and verify the backup configuration file is available. "

Can you explain step by step to reproduce? What software version is your JL386A currently running on?

I access it in Maintenance - Backup and update manager - Backup Transfer a file from the switch - HTTP, in File type select "Backup configuration", after clicking Start transfer occurs or error.

A software version is: PD.02.12
