How does one enter the V1910 Switch's privilege mode

Dear all,

I have been attempting without success to enter the privilege mode on the HP Switch v1910, and cannot get passed User View mode:

User view commands:
initialize Delete the startup configuration file and reboot system
ipsetup Specify the IP address of the VLAN interface 1
password Specify password of local user
ping Ping function
quit Exit from current command view
reboot Reboot system
summary Display summary information of the device.
upgrade Upgrade the system boot file or the Boot ROM program

Can anyone please tell me how can I go into priviledge (with # prompt) on the switch?  I have gone to the users and the user that I am utilizing to get in does in fact have management rights. The command "enable" does not seem to work.

and put a passsword, so you need try over 2 this pass:  Jinhua1920unauthorized or 512900
