I have got a HP V1910-48G JE009A on my desk without any credentials.
How to recovery password

Are you without any credential or is it your device without any credential? the latter -> no issue (no password = no problem to log into the Switch), the former -> issue (you need to reset the password you don't know) -> have you already checked JE009A configuration guide to see if and how to reset password to factory default?
