HP 1920-8G-PoE+ JG921A Factory Reset

Hello

I have a 1920-8G-PoE+ switch, i need to factory reset so i can use it on my home network. I can login into the switch but i cannot enter any commands without getting '% Unrecognized command found at '^' position.' even when bypassing the running config. I cannot find the IP for the web interface either so CLI is the only way i can factory reset it. I'm new to CLI can anyone give me and idea on how to do this ?

Hi,

Are you able to enable in cli mode.

Are you getting error while enabling?

Or you can also reset by following below steps without going to CLI mode, below is the link:
