HP 1920S web interface problem
Hello,
Recently got a JL381A and connected without issue at first then upgraded from 1.X firmware to latest ( 2.13 I guess ) , all was fine until I decided to reset switch as there was a static IP address of switch I no longer can access. After reset now I can't reach web interface, I can't ping 192.168.1.1 either. Other than that switch works as unmanaged switch atm.
I tried to reset several times and unplugged for it to get default IP in absence of a connection but no luck so far.
So I'm simply stuck and would appreciate some help.

Re: HP 1920S web interface problem
Hello There,
Have you followed the procedure in the link below. I would suggest trying this again and see if it works.

Re: HP 1920S web interface problem
I have the same or similar problem!
We worked on 1.05 with our config. But several days ago i decide to upgrade firmware to 02.12. After ftfp upload the switch was rebooted and web-interface wouldn't respond but i can stil ping my old ip. There is open ports 80,161,443 on old ip in nmap scan i see, but no luck with connect.
We decide to reset the switch, but it couldnt reset config. After reboot it stil has old ip and i can't connect on web.
I found that since 02.12 there must be password for "admin". Could it be the reason?
Here my simple config

Re: HP 1920S web interface problem
My problem seems has been happened because feature/bug that has been resolved in 2.08
Version 02.08 Management VLAN CR_0000247836
Symptom/Scenario:
If a second VLAN (non-management VLAN) is created, the clients connected to thatnon-management VLAN can establish an HTTP connection to the management interface of the switch whensuch a connection should only be allowed from the management VLAN
I will try to insert into my config
'network mgmt_vlan 1725'
