MAC address ACL configuration on V1910
I have a HP v1910 switch which i want to restrict to only allow 11 MAC addresses to connect to. This switch is in a secure location with 1 port connected to another network switch as its network access. The remaining ports on the v1910 are in 3 rooms that are sometimes rented out or used by other groups. I want only our laptops, ten at present, to have access to our network. The switch specs say that it can have MAC address ACL's, but the documentation is not very helpful. I tried creating an ACL with 2 MAC addresses and set it to allow, but using a laptop with a different MAC i was still able to connect. I was hoping this would have been very easy to set the MACs that are allowed and everything else is denied, but it is not very clear how to configure this.
