Hi everyone. The lan switch works fine if used like a (stupid) unmanaged switch, but there's no way to reach the web page for configuring it; it seems that the switch can obtain an IP address from the DHCP Server.
I also reseted it by the reset switch, and esecuted many lan scanner software (Advanced_IP_Scanner, Look@lan, etc) but none finded it.
I disconnected the 1920S from the network and I reset it once again; I supposed it defaults acquire IP address 192.168.1.1 after 120 seconds. I connect a PC to the switch using an ethernet cable and I manually assigned this configuration to the PC's lan:
IP 192.168.1.12
subnet 255.255.255.0
no gateway
If I try to access the switch using a Web Browser pointing http://192.168.1.1, or ping it, the lan switch does not answer.
What can I do? Thanks for support!

Re: No IP for OfficeConnect 1920S (JL382A)
When you say you "reset" the switch, do you mean you did a factory reset?

When you say "it seems that the switch can obtain an IP address from the DHCP Server", do you mean "it seems that the switch can not obtain an IP address from the DHCP Server"?

Your best bet might be to console onto the switch and output its config so you can see whether DHCP is enabled, whether a management port is configured, or whether a management VLAN is configured.

Yes, sorry, I made a restore Factory Default. I used the reset button
located in front of the Lan Switch pressing and holding down for over 5
seconds until the switch complete its self test

"Your best bet might be to console onto the switch and output its config".
How can I can do that? I think that restoring default settings by reset
button, any configuration could be deleted..

Re: No IP for OfficeConnect 1920S (JL382A)
I have the exact same problem, I saw the solution stating HP will replace the switch, unfortunately I do not have that option.
Anyone else know more about this issue an possible fixing without HP warranty?
