tell me how to reset the HP V1900 Switch to its factory settings, no web?

You just have to connect to the switch using console, reboot it and then you need to enter the command reset.

I connected to switch using serial cable with VT100 emulation program, but when i press Control, Shift and - keys (like described here: https://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?sp4ts.oid=4177615&docId=emr_na-c03101578) it doen't work. can't enter to safe mode.
can someone help me?

I solve this problem, i'll write it here, maybe it would be usefoull for someone
U must, not only press but also HOLD (Control, Shift and -) for some seconds

Hi,
You will need to use the console or connect to the switch using TELNET or SSH
You must enable CLI mode. To enable CLI mode you must type "_cmdline-mode on"
You will need to enter the password Jinhua1920unauthorized (v1920) or 512900 (v1910)
You need to execute the reset saved-configuration command
