QOS Behavior CAS Limit - HPE 1920

Hi, 

i've some trouble to understand the CAR functionality in the QOS behavior setup. I can set a CIR here but under what conditions is this CIR limition done? Are packets dropped? What is the burst size or where can i set common CAR settings like a burst size?
