SFP connection

Please I connected 2 dgs-1210-28MP (SFP : DEM-311GT) to a HPE 1920S (SFP J4858D) with 2 FO patch 1m MM OM3

but link status is down in all interfaces.

I tried dlink(SFP : DEM-311GT)-dlink(SFP : DEM-311GT) also down

i tried HP-jl385A (SFP J4858D) with jl381A (SFP J4858D) also down

what is the problem please

Is the LC/LC OM3 MM Fiber Optic 1 meter long patch crossed?

Yes fiber patch cables was crossed and now everything is fine thanks
