[BUG?] 1810G Keeps re-enabling disabled port !!

This is a HP ProCurve 1810G - 24 GE, P.1.17, eCos-2.0.

I wanted to disable a port, so I went to Switching->Port Configuration-> (choose a port) -> Admin Mode and disabled it. I didn't forget to apply and to save changes. It worked...

After no more than 5 minutes the port gets enabled again, also if I restart the switch. I can reproduce it every time on every port.

This is a VERY ANNOYING BUG. I have revied recent changes in modern firmwares and they don't mention it.

Do you happen to have loop protection enabled? If so, upgrade to P.2.2 - fixed this for me.

Thanks, it looks it was included in Changelog of version 2.2 as "Loop Protection (PR_0000064159)"
