Unable to edit Vlans 1820-8G / J9979A

Hello,

Recently got a 1820-8G to deploy with a few vlans, however, I am unable change the vlan of any port. I can create vlans. I can change ports from tagged to untagged. However all ports are always stuck on vlan 1.

Updated it to the latest version ( 2.09 ), and factory reset it which had no effect for my issue.

Thank you for providing the documentation.

However I am still loss on how to change the vlan from anything other than the default vlan 1, unless this is not possible on this switch.

Hi,

Can you please drag the 'VLAN ID' under 'Port Membership' to other than VLAN 1. ?

Under other VLAN, you can edit and change the VLAN.
