BL460C Windows 2003 R2 EMC CX340 : shutdown Problem

I am unable to shutdown BL460C server , this server is connected to emc CX340 the HBA that is used is emulex .I have seen a similar posted message on this site and was wandering if anyone encounter this problem with a emulex hba

What exactly do you mean by "I am unable to shutdown bl460c server" ? Does it reboot upon shutdown ??
