Clock to be displayed..in task bar permanent

Hi,

I ahve a windows server 2003...for which i would like to show clock in task bar as permanent...

when i go in properties tab , enable the show clock option i do get the clock but its for that remote session only..
i would want to have this clock permanently in my task bar for all remote sesions .doesnt matter how many i take..
any help would be appreciated..

Hi Michal,

It was that link i was looking for , but as mentioned in that mail , i could not find the registry path meintioned..in it...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\StuckRects2

i could not find StuckRects2 in my server...

And my O.S is microsoft windows storage server 2003 R2...
Is it smthg different den normal 2003 ???

hi,

i found lot of hints on the internet hoe to do it, if the server is joinet to the domian, you should use the GPO, for enabling the clock to be displayesd on the taskbar, but this not means that the clock will show automatically, the user neeed to enable it manually.

this is an explanation on all web resources what i found, and i sended the link to you.

the reason for disbaling the clock is an extra bandwith 173B, for each clent with 1 minute period.

sorry but i don't know ho to fix it.
