error nvmini.sys with blue screen on ML350G5 running Win2k3 server

we have the above problem after installing windows.When ever we try to install any thing it gives above message.Ny suggstion ans solution

People thand to look at you re profils,did you know when you don't give HP points they will not help you and you have 0 out of 12 answer ,you can give from 0 to 10 but at least apply it,it next to every message in a thread has UNASSIGNED.
