error on diary of event

Always on my server HP GL360 G5 (windows server 2003)
I have 2 error on my diary of event, the first is in application :
source : ADSImgSvc
ID event : 4112
description : the image distribution service could not start because memory could not be allocated

and the second error is in virtual server :
source : Virtual Server
ID event : 1066
descripton : unforeseen error, 0x00000003

I need help!

i have resolve the problem. I have make an update of Microsoft XML Core Services 6.0. And for the firt error, it was cause of ADS

how was ADS causing this error,

"The Image Distribution service could not start because memory could not be allocated."
