Event ID 7024 on Server Insight Agent service

I receive the following error when trying to start the Insight Server agent on an HP ML350/Windows 2003 SP1 server:
Event ID 7024:The HP Insight Server Agents service terminated with service-specific error 399 (0x18F). All other agents I need will start.
Only post on this forum addressed the Event Notifier agent, which I keep disabled.
Anyone else experience this problem?

What version of HP SIM and agents do you have?

HP SIM 5 SP5 is recommended

And/or you might also consider Proliant Support Pack 7.60 (PSP 7.60) to upgrade all drivers and firmware.

I have SIM 5.0 SP2. As far as the PSP on the server, it is 7.50. A new Proliant I just bought had 7.5.1, but was not aware that 7.6 was out yet.
Will I need to reconfigure everything upgrading from SP2 to SP5?

Nope you wont!

If upgrading does not resolve you re problem,i would uninstall HP Insight Management Agents,reboot.
Uninstall SNMP,reboot.
Then reinstall SNMP,reboot.
Then reinstall HP Insight Management Agents
