How to create a gpedit's tools in Windows Server 2003 ?

Hihi, is it possible to develop a gpedit's tools in Windows Server 2003 x32 SP1, it is because i just want to edit few only, but the given tools are too many thing, so i want to make it simple...

I have no idea, but I'd bet that there are
more people who might know in a Windows forum
than there are in this HP-UX forum.

I think for my level now is difficuit to create own tools, so i want to edit the gpedit's tool, make it simple, so i want to delete the less that are not needed in the root tree, but i have no idea with the gpedit.msc 's code.
