hp proliant DL120 G5 server facing problem

I have installed OS Win2003 server, in this server there are 2 lan card one is HP NC105i PCI & another one Broadcom Netxtreme Card problem facing there when i disabled lan card that time Server is hang & I want to hard boot system i formatted twice these server but problem is same.
Can I got any solution.............
