Installing Service Pack 1 on Windows 2003 HP server

Hi, My client is running HP Proliant ML 370 G3 and a Proliant ML 330 G3 servers. Both loaded with Windows 2003 Standard. The 370 is running Exchange 2000 and SQL server 2000. The 330 is the domain controller, also running IIS with 2 websites. SHould I install Windows 2003 service pack 1 on these servers. Somebody told me not to install it on HP servers. I need some expert advice on whether to install service pack 1 or not, and if yes, is there anything else I should do before hand? At the moment I am using a Linux firewall to protect the network.

Some of the software could need updated prior to SP1 installs.

i.e. HP ProLiant Storage Server Service Release (SR) 5.5 Software

Without verifying you could run into problems. A friend also told me about some issue with installing SP1 on VPM server with IIS. Don't recall the details but I think it was just had to stop IIS.

Be sure to give a good like and search for issue with any apps you are running.
