installing windows 2003 enterprise on a boot from SAN blade

I am having issues installing Windows 2003 enterprise on a boot from SAN blade ( g2 bl20p).
When I try to install the OS I am asked for the qlogic drivers ( which I downloaded from HP) but it keeps asking for them even though I have the disk in the floppy and the floppy attached to the blade. It will not let me continue. It would seem that the drivers load when I hit F6 when the install first starts but it still prompts for the drivers after the part when it say starting windows/.

Any ideas?

Tom:

The link that Ruslan was trying to point you to is http://h200001.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00099862/c00099862.pdf

Hope that comes out better.

Since you already tried the floppy method, the second method you can try is to integrate the drivers into your Windows source files so that you do not need to specify additional drivers with a floppy during set up.

Are you using RDP? If so, which version. If not, how are you trying to install? Virtual Floppy/CD?

Using some of the methods found here... http://unattended.msfn.org/intermediate/drivers/intro.htm

.. you should be able to create a new source distribution with integrated qlogic drivers. Though I have not done this with qlogic drivers yet, I have done it with other drivers successfully. The concepts are practiclly the same for Windows 2003 even though this is for Windows XP.

If you go to the link KOV provided and download the RDP script at the bottom, HP provides the basic setup environment you need including an unattend.txt file with the needed entries for the qlogic drivers.

A third method would be to use RDP, if your not already using it.
