Laserjet 1300 citrix print problem out of office xp

Hallo,

we are installing a new Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 farm. (win2003)

Problem:
When we connect via ica to the citrix farm and open office xp, it is not possible to print out with the laserjet 1300 pcl5e.
Over rdp it is possible. All other printers works fine with ica or rdp.

Have anybody an idea?

LaserJet 1300 listed as supported (check driver version you use), but some peoples complains in Citrix support forum

about LJ 1300 problems with Citrix and they suggest to use different driver
(LaserJet 4)

Try to print using the internal compatible driver and check.

1. Try a PS driver from hp.com
