New install with Smart Start 7.0 gets error in unattend.txt line 65
This is happening on all 3, brand new servers, a ML 570 and 2, ML 350's (I beleive they are 350's).
Why is this out of the box install CD not working. Sure I can manually install as somebody mentioned but being unfamiliar with HP servers, would have liked this to work out of the box. Is this typical?

Re: New install with Smart Start 7.0 gets error in unattend.txt line 65
Don't know if it's related, but one thing I assumed the first time I installed a server with the Smartstart CD was that disks would also be configured automatically.
Well, it's not quite that smart, as you need to select which controller/disk will be the boot disk via BIOS first.
Cheers,
Rune

I am also having the exact same problem. Another administrator had the same problem two weeks ago. Both are ML350's. I am loading Windows Server 2003.

Re: New install with Smart Start 7.0 gets error in unattend.txt line 65
I forgot to mention, the boot disk is set to the Smart Array 641 Controller. The array configures correctly. If the machine was not booting from the correct drive, it would not read the unattended.txt from the C: drive.
We've been buying Proliant servers for years, and this is the first problem I've had with a Windows server and smart start. So, no this is not typical.
