Print drivers

I have Terminal Services on a Win 2003 server machine. I am running across many printers that dont install and that do not have drivers listed on the HP site. Does this mean there are no drivers and they will not work on Windows Server 2003?

If you're referring to older printers, that may be true that there are no drivers on HP's site. Sometimes you can google for drivers ( http://www.google.com ) and get a match. Also, try using a lower version of the printer if you can't find the exact model (i.e. HPIII driver will work for an HP4 printer, 1200 driver for a 1300 printer, etc.)
