RAS fail to configure -- plz help

Hello dear Gurus,

OS = win2k3 (without Service Pack)
When I try to configure my server for RAS, it fails and i found 2 error messages in event viewer

In Event Viewer

Source: Service Control Manager
Type: Error Event ID: 7024
Description
The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service specific error 127(0*7F)

and the 2nd error is
Source: Remote Access Event ID: 20152
Description
The Currently configured authentication provider failed to load and initiallize successfully

Now I close the RRAS console, and again open the RRAS console i.e, start->prgrms->Admin

Tools->RRAS, following two messages receives

Remote Access Policy Error
An error occured while trying to make a connection to the database

I click on 'OK' button, then another message receive

Logging Error
An error occured while trying to make a connection to the datastore

Under RRAS console there is a RED Arrow with the server name(Server100), and when I expand the heirarchy under my server name I found, cross(x) with Remote Access Policy, and also with Remote Access Loging.

Start->Prgrms->Admin Tools->RRAS
server100
..Ports
..Remote Access Clients
..IP Routing
..xRemote Access Policy
..xRemote Access Loging


Please Help me.
