Problem with W2k3 R2 SP2 and Arcserve BAB 11.5 SP3

I have applied the SP2 for Windows 2003 and all seems to be fine. But after a few hours the server freezes. This happens sometimes - not every time - if BAB starts a disk staging job.

CA's compatiblity matrix says that BAB 11.5 SP3 is compatible with W2k3 R2 SP2.

Does an incompatiblity exist between the SP2 of Windows 2003 and the Proliant ML350 G5?
