Problems installing sata embedded controller drivers using win2003

I get the following error when I intent to install the drivers by pressing f6

"file \win32\aarich.sys cause an unexpected error 4104 at line 2335 d:\srdrtm\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c press any key"

This is on a ml310 g3 machine.
