Need a HP server W/ thes Specs what do you suggest?

2u- Rackmountable
Dual Xeon 3.o Ghz of higher
2GB Memory
4 Hard drives SCSI
RAID 5
Winders server 2003 Std ed.

Good question but in the wrong forum. This is Black & White Laser Printer forum. You might have better luck with the Server Forum.

hi,

take your pick from the Proliant DL series:

http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/platforms/index-dl.html

it should meet your requirement. look from DL380 onwards since u need 4 hard drives.

Umm, you don't *need* an HP server for a start.

What do you plan to do with it? Play Solitaire or run a 2Terrabyte Oracle instance with thousands of connected users? No one should be giving any advice on system specs without knowing what it's for first.
A sysadmin should never cross his fingers in the hope commands will work. Makes for a lot of mistakes while typing.
