Stop 7b using SAS drivers with Windows 2003
Hello
Got an issue using Windows 2003 unattended builds. Upon first reboot the server can't detect the drives and can't boot. This only happens randomly. For instance if I build 10 servers it will only happen on one. If I rebuild it, it then works fine.
This was fixed with Version: 5.8.0.32 (13 Apr 2006)
Fixes
Resolved the following :
• Issue during driver installation which could result in a Bug Check 0x7B: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
• Issue where the OS would continually try to access a LUN after a failure.
Of course I am using a much later version of this driver.
Ideas?
