Trust between NT4PDC and 2003AD
Attemping to create trust between nt4 and 2003AD
I have followed Q325874 with limmited luck
The failure exists when I try to add the 2003 domain to the TRUSTED on the NT4.
Message says cannot contact the domain controller for this domain.
I can ping by name and IP
I have LMHosts in place
I have changed on 2003 GPO digitally sign communications to "disabled"
Any thoughts?

Re: Trust between NT4PDC and 2003AD
Thanks for the direction... maybe i am not looking hard enough.
I have created a two way trust from the 2003AD and a "trusting" conection from the NT4. "Trusted" from NT4 still "cannot find the domain controller for this domain"
So far
enabled netbios over TCPIP
recreated LMHOSTs on NT, 2003, and DNS Box(2K server)
Changed GPO
This final trust is elusive!!
Thanks in advance for your assistance

Re: Trust between NT4PDC and 2003AD
Try checking the RestrictAnonymous setting in the registry of the NT system.
