Windows 2003 server standard edition education version

What are the limitations of this product.

I've been presented the media from a legitimate education institution for a project.

I'm wondering if there are limitations I need to know about. They want to build a shared computer and use Terminal Services. They have a license for a 5 user CAL for the OS and terminal services CAL.

Tell me what I need to know about this. I don't have time for surprises.

It should be the full version. Microsoft calls them academic editions. It's just a price discount for schools, students, and teachers.
"The difference between me and you? I will read the man page." and "Respect the hat." and "You could just do a search on ITRC, you don't need to start a thread on a topic that's been answered 100 times already." Oh, and "What. no points???"

Yes.....as told it is the complete s/w, but licensed to educational institutes only. Price is less, no difference in features.
companies/peoples can't buy/use.
