Windows Storage Server and iSCSI cards

We are planning to install 2 hp servers with Exchange 2003 and a QLE4062C-CK iSCSI dual-port HBA card on each server. then connect this servers to a 24 port Gigabit switch. The switch has 3 additional XFP ports at 10Gb.
A Windows Storage Server 2003 is on the network and we would like the WSS2003 to be connected at 10Gb using the XFP ports.

What card do you recommend?
We would like to use a dualport 10Gb card.

Question: Can I use the Qlogic QLE8042 card on the WSS2003 server and connect it to the XFP ports on the switch?
it is a FCoE card, but i am not sure if i can get iSCSI funcionality.
