how to screen shot commandview gui on remote XP window?

I am using "remote desktop connection" to start up CommandView gui, and wanted to screen shot the gui, but it won't let me do it. I am getting error "The clipbook service is not avaliable from Terminal server remote session"

the clipbook services are alrady started on both sides.

Could anybody please let me know any solution?

What about the famous PRINTSCREEN or ALT+PRINTSCREEN, SHIFT+INSERT

That is exactly what I did, and that errors are as the result of that.

Have you tried running in "no full screen mode", that is, select a resolution lower than your desktop resultion, then try PRINTSCREEN.

Re: how to screen shot commandview gui on remote XP window?

why don't you access CommandView via HP system management?

https://ip_remote_server:2381

from there you can access command view, and take your screenshots without using terminal server.

just an idea....

Re: how to screen shot commandview gui on remote XP window?

Ivan,

Please advice, how do I change to "no full screen resolution", should it be done on my local comuter or remote?

I have already tried that thread, no help.

Vinor,
I can not use that URL, because the ip is private, we have to use remote desktop connection to get in.

Using remote desktop connection (client side) select options, display and there you can change the resoluion.
