XP 10K BACKUP SAN - Best Practices

Would like to know what the best practices are when configuring my XP 10K array to used as a backup SAN?

Is there anyone out there that is currently using this method? Please provide your recommendations.

Details:

1. Speed throughput is 4GB from hosts to Cisco Switch to XP 24k.

2. Disks are 146GB.

3. LUNs on Hosts are to be 120GB.

4. XP 10k Frame only has 2 ACP's and the DKU only.
