Cannot log a support case on a linked contract on the submit a case screen
OK, I have successfully linked a support contract using the SAR and SAID against my passport account. I can see all linked agreements detail via the view or manage contract pages. have been doing this and subitting vcases with an issue. Now I cant submit a case via the HPE support portal.
When I go to the Submit a case screen, by selecting "Browse your contract & warranty" I get "Linked support agreements - Quamity: 0"
Wjen I go back and submit a SAR, SAID or Serial Number, I get the error -
"Contract or warranty cannot be found.
You must provide a valid contract or warranty ID. Please check the identifier and try again. HPE Technical Support is accessible for products during their warranty, packaged support, or support agreement period. You may need to purchase a single incident of support"
I also note that the Hpe support Portal link has been moved or removed.
Is this a known issue? The workaround is to log via the phone, but I find this far more effective method of submitting a case on supported equipment..

I found this link going into other issues logged on the foram. Keen to understand is this link is still available on the HPE support Portal as well?
