I can't reset my password

Hi ! I’m unable to reset our password for the OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal. I completed the step on this page with the right email address and we never received the instructions. We checked the junk box, but no email has been sent to reset the password. I need to access the portal since we have a problem with our wifi. It's been more than a month than I'm trying to get help from their service center.... Since they haven't done anything yet, I'm trying something else. 

Anybody had this problem and found a solution?
