It's been down for a while, typical that I chose to rebuild my laptop and cannot get the drivers!

This has been down all day today for some reason.  And I have a server that must be back up on Monday morning that I can't do anything with because I can't download drivers for it.  Would be nice if they could at least redirect the site to a maintenance page so you would know they are aware of the problem!!

I guess they assume you start at the HPSC and read the note??

Same problem here. HP Support Center hasn't been available all day. Would be nice if there was some feedback from HP about it.

Same problem, need to download some drivers but site is always giving us Network error(tcp_error).

This is very disappointing.  I was scheduled to build a server for the company today and now I'll have to postpone it.

This outage has gone on nearly a day longer than planned - that can happen, but in this case there's no acknowledgement from HP. 

I'd expect more from a reputable company - not communicating the problem with an ETA for resolution is unprofessional.

If i visit hp.com, go to the Download Driverse section of de Support page, I see no message about the unavailability of the site.

After clicking the link for my laptop model, I got this error:

Could not open page

The service or information you requested is not available at this time.
Please try again later.

(Error: system-applsrv_unavail)

It's bad HP. An important part of your website is'nt available and after more than 3 days no official statement or estimation when this issue would be solved?

I'm very, very disappointed :(

I just noticed that the drivers/firmware section on HP Support Center is available again, although below message is still showing on the HP Support Center homepage.
